We collect the data you give us when you fill out the contact form or book a review:
- Name.
- Your company name.
- Your business industry.
- WhatsApp or email.
- Your message about what you would like to improve.
We do not request sensitive personal data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, political beliefs or financial data). Please do not include them in your message.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data for these necessary purposes:
- To respond to your contact request.
- To schedule and follow up on the free review you request.
- To prepare a marketing and social media services proposal for your business.
We may also use it for additional purposes: sending you information about Kuiyivo, useful content and news. If you do not want us to use it for this, write to us at hola@kuiyivo.com and we will stop, without affecting the service you receive.
4. Data transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. To operate the site and serve you, we use providers that process your data on our behalf:

To exercise them, write to hola@kuiyivo.com with:
- Your name and a way to reply to you.
- A document proving your identity.
- Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days. If your request is approved, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days.
6. Cookies and third-party tools
Our site uses technical cookies necessary to function. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and when you use the links to Cal.com or WhatsApp you leave the site and those services’ policies apply.
You can disable or delete cookies from your browser settings.
